GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- KPI reporting for white glove delivery analytics.
- Plan orders for waving process.
- Check allocations for white glove orders.
- Schedule picking order for Outbound Team.
- Work with Outbound Supervisor to plan outbound white glove truck loads.
- Monitor ELD logs and truck information.
- Route the white glove drivers to correct locations and schedule back hauls from stores.
- Maintain shipping excel spreadsheet and truck logs for company vehicles.
- Email store manifest and delivery lists.
- Keep stores and customers updated on delivery ETA's.
- Maintain cost excel spreadsheet for internal drivers and routes. Fuel receipts, labor, truck maintenance schedules.
- Provide customer service to Drivers, Stores, and customers.
- Schedule and route LTL shipments.
- Provide tracking for LTL shipment.
- Schedule and route FedEx shipments.
- Schedule pullbacks from white glove store locations.
- Monitor daily emails and requests.
- File and monitor daily truck check sheets.
- Email drivers of routing and deliveries.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Transportation, Traffic and Logistics experience.
- Routing experience.
- Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheet.
- Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
- Must demonstrate high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills.
- Complete projects timely and accurately.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills.

Plan white glove and small parcel orders for picking and distribution by store and customer locations. Schedule transportation needs such as LTL, white glove transfer loads, and store deliveries. Work with other internal departments for white glove staging and packaging. Monitor charges, fees, and fuel cost. Schedule LTL shipments, continuous customer service, data entry, maintaining and reporting data. Monitor and report daily white glove analytics.
