Client Services Representative / Logistics Clerk
Hire Dynamics is currently hiring a Client Services Representative / Logistics Clerk for a fast-paced logistics facility in Fort Mill, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a high-volume environment with constant product movement and customer interaction. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a busy warehouse and logistics setting.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Occasional evening and weekend overtime opportunities available
Pay Rate
- $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support
- Coordinate logistics and shipment activities
- Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Track inventory movement and shipment status
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Resolve customer concerns and transportation issues in a professional manner
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational functions
Requirements
- Previous customer service, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes
