Logistics Control Clerk
Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr.
Address: 10250 Valley View Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Summary
The Logistics Control Clerk performs a variety of tasks supporting the Livescan department and other functional areas as needed. This position involves order fulfillment, inventory control, assembly, wiring, testing, and general warehouse/assembly support.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Review orders against the order schedule.
- Print and pick orders according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare completed orders for shipment.
- Assemble Livescan cabinets, including associated devices and cable connections.
- Perform assembly and wiring in a systematic and organized manner.
- Ensure systems are professionally built and perform consistently.
- Test systems for functionality before handing them off to Integration for software loading.
- Maintain inventory through regular cycle counts.
- Use inventory systems, part numbers, serial numbers, and handheld barcode scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support other functional areas and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Experience with data entry, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of inventory principles, part numbers, and serial numbers preferred.
- Experience using handheld barcode scanners preferred.
- Familiarity with 5S is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a significant government background check, including detailed legal, financial, and work history.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work habits.
- Able to work under supervision and handle basic issues independently.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable safely using box cutters, rechargeable hand tools, hand tools, and pallet jacks commonly used in an assembly environment.
