Job Title: Logistics Coordinator 

Reports To: Logistics Manager

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)

What You’ll Do

This role will support the overall effectiveness of our Logistics operations and business processes. This will include supporting, reporting, coordinating, and communicating key processes and functions. This role operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. The candidate is required to possess an attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as a key contributor of the Funko team.

• Facilitate resolution of operational, customer service and systems issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain freight and logistics analytical data
• Develop and maintain freight reporting metrics
• Collate data on logistics elements, such as transit time, cost, weight
• Provide ongoing review in areas such as transportation costs, delivery times and other KPI’s,

• Responsible for meeting transportation and customer service requirements
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Continuously inspects and evaluates the overall effectiveness of our applications and processes

• Resolve carrier and internal inquiries in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

• International Logistics experience (2 years or more)
• Able to work independently and as a contributor of the Funko team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when required (daily or weekly)
• Organizational and problem-solving skills required
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Flexible personal style to work with a diverse group of personalities. Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to adapt with change and have a sense of urgency for all matters.
• Good problem-solving skills: ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
• Strong organization and time management skills

Work Environment 

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
