ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and processes customer parcel shipment in NetSuite and UPS/Fed Ex systems
• Manages in-bound/out-bound shipping documents, bills of lading, etc
• Assists in the resolution of problems or disputes between carriers and customers
• Provides tracking or shipping information to customers on request
• Leads communication and corrective action to resolve shipping/receiving issues
• Minimizes extra expenses
• Maintains good relationships with internal and external customers
• Coordinates with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with the overall organization and cleanliness of the office area
• Assist with order picking and loading/unloading as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience in office setting
• Advanced computer, Excel and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS Worldship
• Forklift knowledge
