The Logistics Coordinator isresponsible forcoordinating receiving or shipment for materials parts and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of logistics coordination have strong teamwork skills be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with career advancement opportunities.Summary of ResponsibilitiesResponsible to coordinate production orders against demand and forecast and purchase material blanks and components as requiredMake suggestions for improving the accuracy and timeliness of information needed to place purchase materials and schedule production activitiesCommunicate with the production floor and shippingMaintain and administer inventory control in relation to material blanks and components. Based on customer releases.Prepare and maintain various reportsOverhead crane and forklift certification.Cross training functions when assigned as necessary ie.
