As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage day-to-day transportation activities to ensure products are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily shipments, including carrier assignment and load tracking
- Communicate shipment details and updates to internal teams and carriers
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/TMS systems
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to support on-time delivery
- Monitor freight rates and support carrier compliance
- Resolve routine transportation issues and escalate when needed
- Support cost control efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
- Knowledge of freight operations and transportation processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/TMS experience (JDE/Oracle preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel up to 5–10%
