This position is located in Denver Colorado and has a Monday through Friday, 7am – 3:30pm work schedule.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing the administrative functions that coordinate and ensure the timely shipment of finished goods, manages the receipt and proper documentation of raw materials, and maintains accurate inventory records. The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key link between production, warehouse operations, and customer service, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all logistics processes.
· Prior Shipping & Receiving operations experience
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Forklift Experience
· Knowledge of production workflows and processes
· Goal-oriented; able to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
· Independent problem-solver with a focus on process improvement opportunities
· Excellent communication skills, keeping partnering departments updated as needed

· Experience within a chemical blend and package environment
· ERP system in Chempax and SharePoint
· Knowledge of Haz Mat rules and regulations
· Familiar with DOT and IATA shipping regulations
· Secondary education, certifications or trade school
