We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with carriers and drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch loads efficiently
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers
• Track shipments and provide updates
• Handle load documentation and compliance
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Use TMS and carrier vetting platforms (training provided if needed)

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation a must.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
