What's a typical day as Logistics Specialist? You'll be:

• Analyzing transportation and distribution systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery.
• Reviewing proposals and making recommendations for modifications in rates and transportation regulations.
• Evaluating freight classifications, tariff rates, and operational efficiency to guarantee proper product delivery.
• Planning and coordinating fleet operations, including acquisition, scheduling, maintenance, repair, and disposal of trucks.
• Managing relationships with common carriers and third-party transportation companies as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a logistics or coordinator role (must have).
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (must have).
• Possess experience with compliance and certification management, background checks, and drug screens (must have).
