Location: Onsite - Georgetown, TXCompanyPEGATRON Technologies LLC (US), the U.S. subsidiary of Taiwan-based Fortune Global 500 leader PEGATRON Corp, specializes in electronics manufacturing and AI computing services for global markets. The company’s first U.S. manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Texas focuses on producing advanced AI hardware and electronic components. The Georgetown campus is a high-tech, eco-friendly operation featuring rooftop solar, LED lighting, and rainwater recycling. PEGATRON also delivers comprehensive computer services, including system and hardware design, software development and maintenance, and IT and programming consultation. The organization supports customers with customized computer systems analysis, network analysis, and mobile communication solutions.SummaryThe Import/Export Compliance & Logistics Specialist supports logistics daily operations, carrier coordination, and trade compliance activities. This position handles day-to-day operational tasks, coordinates with carriers and freight forwarders, and manages compliance form processing while ensuring operational continuity and reducing compliance risk for the team.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily U.S. domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring shipments are scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders, supporting rate assessment, contract coordination, and quotation processes.
  • Support trade compliance activities, including tariff and HS code classification research, and the preparation of import/export documentation.
  • Provide cross-functional coordination, meeting support, and documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or customs brokerage.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and global trade compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
  • Trade compliance certifications (e.g., CCS - Certified Customs Specialist, CUSECO) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping documentation.
  • Experience in Free Trade Zone (FTZ) manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze logistics data and generate performance and compliance reports.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus (e.g., Chinese, Spanish).
