- Monitor and prioritize shipments, set up deliveries, and communicate with customers to meet their schedules.
- Manage inventory, schedule custom precast product deliveries, and track production against delivery timelines.
- Support daily operations through data entry in ERP systems, order creation, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members, assist with special projects, and serve as backup for other roles as needed.
- Qualifications include a four-year degree or related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.
