Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our growing logistics and brokerage division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate pickup and delivery locations with precision
• Dispatch drivers with clear, detailed instructions
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person
• Track driver locations and maintain communication with carrier dispatch teams
• Prepare work orders, waybills, and enter data into TMW dispatch software
• Calculate full truckloads based on commodity weights and dimensions for proper equipment planning
• Collaborate with dispatchers and operations staff to ensure smooth logistics flow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bilingual Required (English / Spanish )
• Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, or working with truck drivers
• Strong typing skills and grammar proficiency
• Familiarity with dispatching software (TMW experience a plus)
• Brokerage experience is highly preferred

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities.
