We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team in a role focused on supporting the smooth movement of goods, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate logistics records. This position plays an important part in ensuring timely deliveries, effective communication across teams, and reliable operational support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to support on-time delivery and efficient workflow.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, internal teams, and customers to confirm schedules, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and other logistics-related paperwork.
• Track shipments and monitor progress to identify delays, exceptions, or service concerns.
• Assist with scheduling freight pickups, deliveries, and distribution activities.
• Support inventory and warehouse coordination efforts as needed.
• Update systems and spreadsheets with accurate shipment and order information.
• Help resolve routine transportation, documentation, and delivery issues in a timely manner.
• Work with cross-functional partners to support operational goals and service levels.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements related to transportation and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, warehouse support, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software; experience with logistics or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Comfort working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Basic understanding of shipping, transportation, and supply chain processes.
