Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch fuel deliveries to customer locations
  • Schedule common carrier drivers for deliveries throughout California and Nevada
  • Monitor inventory levels at managed sites
  • Process and coordinate fuel delivery orders from customers and company marketers
  • Reconcile freight invoices and confirm delivery completion
  • Review fuel rack pricing
  • Respond to on-call inquiries regarding deliveries, returns, and related issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, customers, fuel suppliers, and carriers
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
