Logistics Coordinator II – WellView Advisor
Compensation
$62.74/hr. The assignment details also state $750 per 12-hour day, an 84-hour week, and two travel days at $750 each. In-field mileage: $1 per mile.

Two weeks on / two weeks off. Must be available for callouts as needed for support requests.

Scope
Deliver WellView training and user support across Drilling & Completions operations, in both field and office settings. Serve as the WellView subject matter expert for application workflows, data standards, reporting, audits, and user adoption.

• Train new employees, Operations Technicians, and field users; track training completion and onboarding progress.
• Support WellView reporting, query development, and data extraction requests.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents using department standards and templates.
• Support WellView data standardization, including library picklists, recurring cost initiatives, quick reference guides, and functional requirements reviewed with the Regulatory Group.
• Provide 24/7 WellView support as needed, including some IT backup, while working with operations, analysts, and technical teams to improve well data quality.

Skills and Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of WellView, including data management, reporting, and query building; knowledge of drilling and completions; and experience with or understanding of well servicing operations. Requires strong computer, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, personal initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work the rotation and respond to support callouts.
