We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing timely delivery of time-critical diagnostics and therapies.
Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, overseeing dispatch and warehouse operations, responding to customer inquiries, reviewing shipping documents, building routes in TMS, tracking shipments, and ensuring service quality. The role involves developing efficient processes, monitoring driver logs, and covering routes when needed.
Schedule: Overnight shifts Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with Sundays and Mondays off. Flexibility is required.
Requirements include at least 2 years of administrative and customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a valid driver’s license. Physical work may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to weather.
