Logistics Coordinator needed for an electronics manufacturer/distributor located in in the Irvine Spectrum area.
This is a Temporary position to cover for leave of absence, Starts ASAP with an estimated end date of May 31, 2026, however, could extend. Pay $25-27/hr depending on experience. Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Business casual - no jeans.
Duties:
- Individual will be responsible for order entry and sending orders through to the warehouse, booking freight and overseeing that orders were collected and delivered to the client on time.
- Track orders, status order process
- Use of NetSuite and SalesForce
Skills / Experience Required:- Min 2 years experience in Logistics or Distribution
- Experienced using NetSuite and/or SalesForce is highly preferred, but will consider candidates with other CRM experience
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to their system and processes
- Strong Data Entry is required.
- Strong attention to detail is very important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00 Per HourP
