$45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM–4:30 PM OR 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, organized Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of inventory, orders, shipments, and warehouse operations. This role serves as an important connection between production, sales, and distribution, helping ensure materials move efficiently from procurement through delivery to the customer.

This is not a traditional "move pallets from point A to point B" warehouse position. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individual pieces, parts, and order fulfillment, particularly in an environment where larger quantities of inventory are broken down into smaller quantities to fill customer orders.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee incoming and outgoing inventory
• Oversee inventory storage, packing, and transportation
• Inspect and receive incoming shipments
• Organize, store, and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Prepare and review packing and shipping documentation before shipments leave the facility
• Oversee sales documentation, tickets, deliveries, and related paperwork
• Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to keep daily operations running efficiently
• Address and resolve shipping errors and issues
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Create daily schedules for the team in coordination with Leadership, including prioritizing orders
• Help oversee the manufacturing shop and support day-to-day shop operations
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed for COD shipments, prepayment, special orders, and shop orders
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking ForExperience & Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or order fulfillment
• Industrial warehouse leadership experience preferred
• Experience working with pieces, parts, and individual items, rather than primarily pallets and crates
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment where inventory is pulled, organized, and fulfilled for customer orders
• Strong organizational and inventory-control skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep orders moving
• Comfortable working across production, sales, warehouse, and distribution functions
• Strong attention to detail when working with inventory, orders, tickets, and shipping documentation
• Ability to lead daily warehouse activities and coordinate team priorities

The Experience That Matters

We're specifically looking for someone who understands order fulfillment—not simply material movement.

Experience in environments similar to industrial supply or parts distribution can be a strong fit. Backgrounds involving companies such as W & O Supply, World Electric, or Grainger provide a better parallel than large warehouse environments primarily focused on moving pallets and crates.

For example, someone who has worked in a large warehouse for a retailer or distributor but primarily handled palletized inventory may not have the type of experience we're looking for. The ideal candidate understands how to take larger quantities of inventory and break them down into smaller quantities to accurately fill customer orders.
