Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of inflows and outflows of materials in the plant to include receiving, outside vender service, and customer shipments to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This position works cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Materials teams support operational goals, improve supply chain performance, and resolve logistics challenges. Essential Functions:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory authority but is expected to provide leadership, training, mentoring, and guidance to other paint team members. Minimum Qualifications:
