Logistics Coordinator

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve their problem.

Need to be available for On Call / Outside of normal business hours – must respond to customer communications for an expedite or any other concerns the customer may have. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, or chats
• Assist customer with returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
• Memorize, recall, and research answers quickly
• Assess customer’s needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience
• Manage customer accounts in the following areas: data, shipping and releases
• Send and maintain ASN, customer portals and Accuums
• Plex maintenance of accounts including Tier 2 customers
• Follow all customer service procedures and policies
• Aim for customer resolution and return
