Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $25-$30/hour, DOE

What You'll Do

• Drive and coordinate carrier shipments-ensure on-time pickups and deliveries across the supply chain

• Monitor inbound/outbound load movements using Arrive's tools (ARRIVEnow, tracking boards, etc.), similar to what the Associate Account Coordinator handled

• Maintain carrier, shipper, and internal communication-respond to delays, escalate proactively, and resolve issues professionally

• Review and update shipment documentation-purchase orders, bills of lading, invoices-for accuracy and timely processing

• Collaborate with operations, client success, and dispatch teams to keep everyone in sync

• Measure, track, and report logistics performance-spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements (scheduling, documentation, cost-saving)

• Adhere to, and help refine, standard operating procedures (SOPs) across tracking, communication, and scheduling functions

What You Bring to the Table

• Great communication and customer service chops-email, phone, written

• Sharp organizational skills-you can multitask and pivot without dropping the ball

• High attention to detail and strong follow-through to keep shipments and stakeholders on track

• Proficiency with tech and tools-Excel, logistics software, email systems (ideally experience with ARRIVEnow or similar)

• Preferred: 1-3 years in coordination, logistics, or operations; or equivalent in fast-paced environments

• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)-big plus for LA markets

• Bonus points if you're a self-starter who spots bottlenecks and fixes them before anyone else notices
