Logistics Coordinator - Luxury Timepieces

Investment Watches is looking for a highly organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the intake and outtake of luxury watches and other high-value products, ensuring that every item is properly received, documented, tracked, and delivered. The ideal candidate is extremely structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage the daily intake and outtake of watches and other high-value products
• \n

• Inspect incoming packages and ensure each item is properly received, documented, photographed, and entered into our system
• \n
• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments
• \n
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups with clients, dealers, and business partners
• \n
• Maintain accurate tracking information and provide timely shipping updates
• \n
• Confirm that all required documentation, accessories, and certificates are included with each shipment
• \n
• Coordinate internally with our sales, inventory, authentication, and service teams
• \n
• Monitor shipments through delivery and quickly address delays or other issues
• \n
• Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and packaging areas
• \n
• Help improve logistics procedures as the company continues to grow
• \n

Qualifications\n

• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow established procedures

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• \n
• Comfortable working with valuable products that require careful handling
• \n
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with computers, shipping platforms, and inventory systems
• \n
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory management is a strong advantage
• \n
• Experience working with luxury goods or high-value products is beneficial but not required
• \n
