Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
• Maintain a tidy and professional shop and entryway environment.
• Coordinate the shipment of materials between DoorDash offices and labs.
• Support facilities coordination, including furniture assembly and safe disposal of hazardous materials.
• Serve as the main point of contact with facilities management to resolve operational issues swiftly.
• Assist the Concept Engineering team with operational projects to enhance workspace efficiency.

Requirements:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a shop environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel within the Bay Area.

Preferences:

• Experience in shipping/receiving or facilities operations.
• Familiarity with the handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Hands-on skills for light assembly and shop support tasks.
• Experience coordinating with facilities management or operations teams.
