Now hiring: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Oceanside, CA

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Day Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday | Hybrid Work Schedule: This position requires on-site work a minimum of two days per week (Tues & Wed required), with the remaining days eligible for remote work

Logistics Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with TMS, ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics software preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations preferred.
  • Experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or warehouse operations a plus.

Logistics Coordinator Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipment tracking.
  • Enter, update, and verify orders in TMS, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Schedule carrier pickups, deliveries, and warehouse appointments.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics dashboards, and transportation data.
  • Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to internal teams and partners.
  • Review and maintain shipping documentation, including BOLs and PODs.
  • Resolve transportation, scheduling, and delivery issues to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, 3PL partners, and cross-functional teams.
