Logistics Coordinator

We are in search of a full-time logistics coordinator for our customer service/dispatch department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of transportation routes and deliveries with regard to customer satisfaction. Communication coordinating drivers, operational staff, and shipments with our customers via intermodal or bulk tanker transportation.

Everyone in the logistics department is responsible for the immediate needs of our customers along with the capabilities of our drivers. Scheduling appointments and tracking shipments ensuring all commitments to our customers have been met.

We seek highly motivated and experienced persons. (Background in transportation preferred)

Requirements/Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and able to multi-task, track and analyze equipment with drivers, shipment scheduling, high school diploma/GED (Bachelor degree preferred), 1 year in customer service or logistics preferred.
