JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the logistics execution and performance of a portfolio of customer accounts, partnering closely with the on-site Logistics TEAm to ensure effective execution of the order-to-cash flow across the network. This role drives on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance, proactively manages risks, and leverages data to identify opportunities that improve service, reduce cost, and enhance overall network efficiency, all while maintaining Quality, Integrity, Responsibility and Safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages day-to-day order execution for assigned customer accounts across multiple shipping sites, including order entry and maintenance in ERP and Transportation Management System platforms.
Coordinates carrier pickups and customer delivery appointments with cross-functional teams.
Aligns order scheduling with production, inventory, and transportation constraints.
Ensures compliance with customer routing guides and shipping requirements across assigned accounts.
Communicates order updates, changes, and issues to customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Monitors order status and escalates risks impacting on-time or in-full delivery performance.
Supports resolution of service failures and delivery issues, participating in root cause analysis for recurring problems.
Reviews and validates customer and carrier fines for accuracy, escalating recurring trends to leadership.
Participates in weekly cross-functional meetings, reporting OTIF metrics and action items.
Identifies process gaps and inefficiencies in order flow and scheduling, contributing to improvement initiatives.
Uphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including Zero Waste and sustainability, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related area.
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Sage X3 a plus.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business systems.
Must be available to work on-site during the work week.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is a hybrid role, with regular use of a computer, phone, and video calls, as well as in-person communication. Associates will occasionally stand and walk within the facility to visit the shipping office, attend on-site meetings, or participate in operational huddles. The role may involve limited exposure to warehouse or production areas, including varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and proximity to moving equipment. Associates should be able to remain at their workstation for extended periods (up to 2–3 hours) and perform light physical activity, such as walking or standing, as needed throughout the day. Some travel might be for in-person TEAm meetings/Site visits.
