U.S. Lumber, and SBP Brand is currently looking for an Logistics Coordinator to join our VALUES based organization. The Admin will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations to provide ongoing administrative support to our Stillwater team to help keep business operations running smoothly and maximize the company's resources, goals, and objectives.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Research receiving discrepancies.
  • Support and help prepare pick files and driver paperwork when needed (10-12 outbound trucks a day)
  • Flexible schedule (able to work over occasionally if needed)
  • Input counts during cycle counts/audits.
  • Monitors grid and daily reports for overloads, loading errors, driver callbacks.
  • Coordinates truck inspections and maintenance with mechanic.
  • Responsible for all driver D.O.T. qualification files
  • Collects pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug results for drivers.
  • Investigates and wrftes accident reports for supervisor approval.
  • May have to complete truck runs, pick up drivers, or trucks.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience: up to 3 years related experience
  • Computer Skills: intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail system, internet

Starting hourly rate $25.00/hr based on experience.
