Shift: 12 hours daily, 36/48 hour rotating shift (5a 5p / 5p 5a), OT as needed

What You Need to Succeed - High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in customer service within a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills

Opportunity Summary As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support the Manager II, Logistics, and other staff with logistics duties in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities - Review BTS to resolve shortages
- Assist in executing the mill physical inventory
- Provide shipping with changes in loading priority (loading, priority, hot loads)
- Enter all dropped trailers, IM, and export containers into the system
- Coordinate shuttles between warehouses
- Generate Canadian Customs invoices in SAP
- Collaborate with the load center and carriers to resolve issues
- Manage the daily yard check
- Communicate trailers or containers in reject status and reasons
- File BOLs and inspection forms
- Run Balance to Ship report mid- and end-of-shift
- Maintain data on daily loads and shipments
- Check in drivers
- Secure rail switch list for morning report and complete morning report
- Report all chemical cars to Mill Procurement
- Log in and update rail cars
- Ensure FIFO adherence
- Build job lot loads
- Monitor demurrage and handle railroad disputes
- Copy and save waybills for every chemical car
- Assist Silsbee when railcars are needed and order cars from the railroad
