Logistics Coordinator/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to join a dynamic team.

• Pull, unbox, and inspect equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Accurately record serial numbers with handheld scanners and complete pick tickets
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure orders are completed and ready for delivery
• Manage backorders, transfers, and inbound shipments, tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies
• Load/unload trucks and complete delivery documentation
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support warehouse flow, take ownership, and hold team members accountable

  Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Warehouse and ERP experience, data entry skills
  • Ability to communicate across multiple departments
  • Must read, write, and interpret English
