Logistics Coordinator

Location: Westbrook, ME
Duration: 12 Months
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Receive materials as they arrive at the warehouse; verify packing slips against contents.
• Enter receipts into Oracle software and update install projects in proprietary systems.
• Stage materials on shelves by install job using printed Move Orders.
• Transfer materials from warehouse to technicians’ trucks and record transfers in Oracle.
• Perform cycle counts on warehouse sub-inventories; enter data into Oracle for approvals.
• Conduct manual physical inventories as needed.
• Enter material orders through Oracle SAP.
• Communicate with departments via email.
• Review and correct Order/Receiving reports for inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material order status.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills in planning, inventory control, analysis, and numerical operations.
• Forklift handling preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience desirable.
• In absence of education requirements, 2 years of materials experience may be substituted.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
