- 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations coordination preferred.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a team-first mindset.
Proven ability to problem-solve and adjust quickly to changing workloads and operational needs.
Comfortable working with routing, dispatch, or inventory management systems; strong general computer skills required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Basic math skills and ability to interpret data related to orders, routing, and inventory.
Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with drivers, yard teams, and customers.

For compliance purposes for RI transparency, the expected salary range is $22.00 - $25.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
