This role is critical to our success - you'll be the connection between our clients, customers, and delivery teams, ensuring every delivery is smooth, professional, and on time.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails with professionalism and urgency
- Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
- Dispatch and communicate with delivery teams throughout the day
- Assist clients and customers with questions, updates, and issue resolution
- Track delivery progress and update systems in real time
- Provide a high-touch, service-first experience on every interaction
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service mindset - friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (phone + email are a must)
- Comfortable working in Gmail and computer-based systems daily
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Logistics or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
