Pay: $22 per hour
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

As a Logistics Customer Service Rep, you'll serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer support. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to deliver results that improve logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Logistics Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for a key customer account, building strong, professional relationships.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries about inventory levels, order status, shipping, and adjustments.
  • Processing inbound receipts and outbound orders accurately through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy, generating shipping and inventory documentation, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Performing high-volume data entry tasks focused on accuracy and updating customer and order information within company systems.
  • Investigating and resolving order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Escalating issues when necessary while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative roles.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy while maintaining productivity.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
