Pay Range; $22-23/hr. Work Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm

Integr8staff seeksa bilingual English/Spanish Logistics Customer Service Representative to manage freight orders, tracks port-to-warehouse drayage, and coordinates order fulfillment. Located near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, these professionals resolve shipping discrepancies, ensure 24/7 supply chain communication, and process client billing and logistics documentation.
Responsibilities of the Logistics Customer Service Representative Position
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and warehouse operations to ensure seamless freight movement.
- Dispatch and monitor drivers and carrier progress to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers and carriers regarding delays, issues, and delivery updates
- Track cargo as it moves through the supply chain, ensuring on-time drayage and storage.
- Verify all delivery documentation including PODs and warehouse personnel receipts are uploaded correctly through the designated WMS.
- Proactively manage service exceptions, delay notifications, and inventory disputes.
- Process delivery receipts, bills of lading (BOLs), and maintain accurate data in logistics software.
- Monitor carrier performance and provide feedback regarding service, communication, and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within company warehouse management systems (WMS).
Requirements of the Logistics Customer Service Representative Position
- High school diploma or equivalent are required
- Substantial and relevant logistics, trucking, freight dispatching work experience, at least 2 years
- Transportation, dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems quickly
- Geographical knowledge and understanding of delivery operations preferred
- Bilingual English/ Spanish is required.
