What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries, ensuring all needs are addressed with accuracy and speed.
- Manage the documentation process for incoming and outgoing goods to keep inventory moving smoothly.
- Coordinate with both internal warehouse teams and external clients to resolve shipping requests and scheduling conflicts.
- Act as the essential checkpoint for all shipment data to maintain high standards of operational quality.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse office environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle professional interactions via phone and email.
- Strong attention to detail for managing complex data entry and shipping records.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving setting and solve problems quickly to meet deadlines.
