What You'll Do as a Logistics Customer Service Representative:- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries, ensuring all needs are addressed with accuracy and speed.
- Manage the documentation process for incoming and outgoing goods to keep inventory moving smoothly.
- Coordinate with both internal warehouse teams and external clients to resolve shipping requests and scheduling conflicts.
- Act as the essential checkpoint for all shipment data to maintain high standards of operational quality.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:- 1+ year of previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse office environment.
