    Job Title: Logistics & Delivery Associate


    Location: Based in San Jose, CA (Traveling to Fremont, Mountain View and San Jose Warehouse)

    About Us:


    Pour Decisions Craft is a growing craft coffee and craft beer concept dedicated to quality and community. To support our expanding operations, we’re seeking a reliable Logistics & Delivery Associate to manage the safe and timely transport of our products and goods between our locations, as well as oversee inventory management.


    Position Summary:


    The Logistics & Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for delivering inventory, supplies, and products between our San Jose, Fremont, and Mountain View stores. Additionally, this role will manage in-store inventory levels, place orders, and work closely with store staff to ensure all locations are fully stocked and operational.


    Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport products, inventory, and supplies between Pour Decisions Craft locations (San Jose, Fremont, Mountain View)
    • Maintain accurate records of delivered and received inventory
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with store staff to meet operational needs
    • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and supplies
    • Manage in-store inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks
    • Place orders with suppliers to replenish inventory in a timely manner
    • Collaborate closely with store staff to forecast needs and prevent stock shortages
    • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
    • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
    • Communicate effectively with team members regarding deliveries, inventory status, and ordering

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
    • 1 year experience in similar position with other company
    • Inventory management experience a plus
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Flexibility to travel regularly between multiple store locations
