POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics & Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, storage, distribution, transportation, and facility support functions across Aria Community Health Center's clinics and administrative locations. This position ensures the timely availability of medical, dental, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and office supplies while maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant facilities that support high quality patient care and organizational operations.
The Logistics & Facilities Manger supervises drivers and facility staff, manages vendor relationships, coordinates inter clinic supply distribution, supports emergency preparedness initiatives, and promotes efficient supply chain and facility operations. The position ensures compliance with HRSA requirements, OSHA standards, California regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
