FALK Panel USA is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Logistics / Forklift / Combi-Lift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for safely handling, moving, staging, and loading insulated metal panels ranging from 7 to 80 feet in length. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable operating material-handling equipment, and committed to supporting safe, accurate, and efficient shipping and logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders according to shipping schedules and customer requirements
- Safely load and unload flatbed and Conestoga trailers using a Combi-Lift, forklift, or other approved material-handling equipment
- Handle insulated metal panels ranging from 7 to 80 feet in length
- Verify shipment accuracy and ensure products are loaded securely to prevent damage during transport
- Support domestic and international shipping needs
- Perform inventory management activities, including cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and inventory transactions
- Use computers and/or handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and safety checks on powered industrial trucks
- Maintain clean and organized loading, staging, and driving areas
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Assist other departments and support facility operations as needed
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to provide operational flexibility throughout the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory management systems and handheld scanners
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple departments as business needs require
- Previous forklift, Combi-Lift, or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification
Work environment
This position works both inside the manufacturing facility and outdoors in loading and shipping areas throughout all seasons and weather conditions. Regular operation of forklifts, Combi-Lifts, and other material-handling equipment is required. The role may involve standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working around moving equipment and large materials.
Pay and benefits
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Pay: $24 per hour
- Monthly performance bonus opportunity of up to 12% of base earnings, based on company and/or individual KPI achievement
- 401(k) with 4% company match

- Company-paid dental and vision insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and dependents
- Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following the hire date
- 11 paid holidays
- 40 hours of PTO after 90 days

- PTO renews annually on January 1, with up to 40 hours eligible for carryover
