Position Summary
Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC., a family-owned 110-year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America's fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer.
Utility Corporate Logistics Department is a fast paced, time sensitive department seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a strong work ethic that is self-motivated, reliable, persistent, and responsible.
UTMC is headquartered in City of Industry, California. This is an on-site position.
Position Hours: 6:30 am – 3:30 pm Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Inbound Transportation for UTM Factories (Dedicated, Truckload & LTL)
• Coordinate dedicated lanes and work closely with Corp. Fleet Coordinator
• Coordinate Returnable containers and packaging
• Assist with outbound trailer releases and trailer moves as needed
• Daily tracking, tracing and updating of loads.
• Keep up to date shipping records and communication with carriers, factories & suppliers.

• Excellent planning, coordinating and communication skills to be able to handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills
• Excellent follow up skills
• Must work well with others in a group setting and can work in a highly time sensitive environment.
• Excellent Computer Skills and must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on outlook, excel and one note
• 3 Years Transportation experience preferred
• Spanish preferred

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and the ability to prioritize workload.

Compensation
Salary Range: $28.00- $30.00 an hour
