    Part-Time Logistics Fulfillment Associate Job Description 
    The Warehouse Logistics Fulfillment Associate position will support the Warehouse operations based in Northlake, TX. The job duties will include unpackaging and packaging product. Cleanliness and sanitation are a must. Proper Hygiene needs to be upheld. No Jewelry or earrings are allowed in the clean room. The position will be dealing with open chocolate. Hair/beard nets, lab coats, and shoe covering is required. Monday-Thursday, 7am-3:30pm. Working 25-32hrs a week
    What you can expect: 
    You will be responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.  
    You will obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. May have to operate materials handling equipment. 
    You will perform additional responsibilities which may include: the shipment and distribution of goods, inspect goods and materials, inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, receive incoming shipments, and prepare outgoing shipments. 
    What we expect from you: 
    You have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred 
    You have a minimum of 0.5-1 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment preferred 
    You have the ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (62 Degrees Fahrenheit) 
    You have customer service skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to work with a variety of personalities are required. 
    You have the ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time 
    You have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted 
    You adhere to safety regulations and OSHA compliance 
      Physical Requirements:  
    Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment. 
    This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays). 
    Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized. 
    Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products. 
    Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays. 
    Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching. 
    Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds (7-18 kilograms).
