About the Opportunity

EHC is recruiting a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist for a client in the south Houston, TX area. You’ll be the connective link between receiving, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipping—keeping materials flowing smoothly from dock to delivery.

Shifts

  • First: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Second: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm

A Day in the Life

You start by checking inbound deliveries, inspecting materials, and stocking items in the right locations. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate picks for customer orders, stage parts for the shop/production team, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. When trucks arrive, you’ll load and unload with care—often using a forklift, reach truck, or order picker—while documenting each move for accuracy. By close, your counts match, orders ship on schedule, and safety standards are met without compromise.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and stock inbound materials
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders on time
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain precise inventory counts and execute stock movements
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker)
  • Prepare and organize shipping documentation and coordination
  • Stage and move materials to support shop/production operations
  • Uphold 5S standards: clean, orderly, and safe work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and required PPE practices

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in warehouse, shipping, or logistics
  • Forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred
  • Reach truck and cherry picker experience preferred
  • Background with pipe, valve, flange, and fitting (PVF) products preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Sharp attention to detail; able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements

  • Lift 10–50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Proficiencies
