Power Line Supply is seeking to hire a full-time Logistics & Inventory Manager to join our growing team!As a Logistics & Inventory Manager, your role is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations. This role ensures accurate stock levels, timely delivery of goods, and cost-effective logistics processes while maintaining high standards of organization and compliance.Essential Job Functions:Manage and oversee daily logistics and relevant inventory operations. Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock locations to prevent shortages or overstocking.Develop, implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and transportation providers. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems. Conduct scheduled audits and cycle counts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Lead, train, and oversee shipping and logistics staff. Manage budgets and control logistics-related costs.Qualifications:3-7+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or operations roles.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
