Description
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy across the venue.
- Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and tracking of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics requirements for events, conferences, exhibitions, and daily venue operations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain warehouse organization, storage optimization, and material handling processes.
- Support event teams by ensuring all required equipment and supplies are available on schedule.
- Monitor inventory usage, identify shortages or excess stock, and recommend replenishment plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and inventory control procedures.
- Prepare inventory and logistics reports and drive process improvements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience in large venues, convention centers, stadiums, hospitality, or event operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
