Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman''s Space Ground Systems (SGS) Logistics and Support Integrated Product Team. The primary responsibilities involve the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements. In this role, the logistics management analyst will provide end‑to‑end support for hardware and software acquisitions on the program, including tracking purchases, managing documentation, coordinating with Global Supply Chain (GSC), and maintaining accurate inventory and cost records. This role is critical to ensuring that material deliveries, licensing, and logistics align with program schedule, cost, and performance objectives. This position is in Aurora, Colorado.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Track all hardware and software purchases with Global Supply Chain (GSC) and in SAP.

  • Coordinate extensively with GSC, to ensure close monitoring and tracking of all material.

  • Request vendor quotes and information to support purchase orders, cost estimates, and program forecasts.

  • Verify part numbers (P/Ns) released in Teamcenter for accuracy and configuration alignment.

  • Prepare and submit MEX‑352 forms (purchase order forms) in accordance with program and GSC processes.

  • Verify MRP and Buyer inputs in SAP, including:

  • Delivery dates

  • Shipment addresses

  • Maintain, update, and help automate the program's procurement tracking spreadsheet.

  • Provide input to the Logistics & Sustainment (L&S) Lead for CAM meetings, including actual and projected costs and schedule data.

  • Track software licenses in designated licensing systems and ensure renewals/updates are processed as required.

  • Track end‑of‑life hardware and associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support refresh planning and risk management.

  • Create hardware warranty tickets with vendors and track resolution status.

  • Track and submit purchase order requests for hardware spares for field sites.

  • Maintains accountability of spares and facilitates material distribution in support of field repairs.

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying site shipment addresses and points of contact (POCs).

  • Accounts for and maintain records of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and other program assets.

  • Attend boards and meetings to track the disposition of materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 years with high school diploma or GED; 2 years with a bachelor's degree; 1 year with a Masters

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or program operations support.

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools such as SAP (or similar).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; ability to maintain and update tracking spreadsheets.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in part numbers, purchase orders, delivery information, and inventory records.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate across functional teams (GSC, L&S, CAMs, Engineering, etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced program environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with GSC or supply chain functions in a complex hardware/software program environment.

  • Working knowledge of Teamcenter or similar PLM systems for part and BOM management.

  • Experience with software license management tools and/or hardware warranty processes.

  • Prior experience supporting CAMs with cost and schedule inputs.

  • Experience tracking and managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

  • Familiarity with Northrop Grumman processes, forms (e.g., MEX‑352), and PrOP guidance related to procurement, logistics, and asset management.

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
