Marathon is looking for an experienced logistics manager that has a good work history coupled with a good work ethic. Our ideal candidate for this position will have, but not required, is a 4-year degree in logistics and supply chain management, or the equivalent in Military service with a logistics MOS. Compensation will be based on experience/qualifications and negotiated at the time of interviews. Degrees are not required.

Responsibilities

• Must collect all incoming delivery slips from any incoming delivery and logged into Procore (Construction management software). Example: Gravel, Concrete, Concrete Pump, Dirt work, Rigging, Hydrovac or anything else required.
• Will be required to provide delivery slips to accounts payable for monthly invoice approvals.
• Must manage and ensure the accuracy of material storage within the warehouse.
• Must facilitate the establishment of onsite material requests from onsite management.
• Must establish and manage incoming shipments of ordered materials.
• To include notifying project superintendents of daily deliveries.
• Must manage site material check sheets with in KOJO (an all-in-one software that gives us more visibility of purchasing process form request to deliver)
• Must collaborate with different divisions within Marathon to enhance logistics.
• Must establish how the flow of materials will be distributed throughout the project.
• Must coordinate with the fabrication shop schedules, and shipments of fabricated products for proper storage.
• Must establish a good line of communication with onsite project management of low material storage quantities.
• To include notifying project management and material purchaser of material backorders.
