Position Overview

The Logistics Manager will lead logistics, fulfillment, procurement, and systems implementation. This role will partner with internal teams to improve execution, strengthen operating rhythms, and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and supply chain operations.
• Support systems implementation and process design.
• Build operating procedures, reporting, and accountability.
• Lead and develop team members across daily operations.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment experience. Strong candidates will be comfortable building processes, leading teams, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary: $145K-$155K + equity
