Logistics Manager | DeWitt, MI

Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Logistics Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
  • Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation carriers.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed logistics decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CTL) is a plus.
