Logistics Manager

Minneapolis, MN | $70,000-$90,000/year | Full-Time | On-Site

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to lead facility operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and overall site logistics.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow activities
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Ensure warehouse, laboratory, and office areas remain organized, safe, and efficient
• Support equipment readiness, including forklifts and operational tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and company growth
• Drive process improvements and help build scalable operational systems
• Support workplace safety and EHS initiatives across the facility

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, operations, facilities, or supply chain environments
• Strong experience with shipping/receiving, inventory control, and facility operations
• Associate degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related field preferred (not required)
• Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, chemical, or startup environment is a plus
• Mixing/blending experience is highly preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.87/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
